Fitness Blender Workout: “When I Say Jump”

If you haven’t tried a Fitness Blender workout, do it immediately!! I love this site. They have so many workouts to choose from–ranging from easy to difficult, or target area specific, this site allows you to search using a variety of different workouts to suit your needs. Also, they have an awesome search tool that does all the work for you! And…. its FREE. And we love free.

Today, after a nice run, I wanted just a little extra push to feel completely exhausted. I pulled up this 20-minute workout that finished kicking my butt for the day. Success! Try it for yourself or click around and see what else you can find!
