Conquered a workout today. Thumbs up if you killed it today too!

:30 high knees
10 handstand pushups
10 pulls up -or- inverted rows
REPEAT 5x (the faster the better)
This evening, I lugged out the good ole’ George Foreman to grill up some burger deliciousness. I also added a side of sautéed red cabbage for some veggie action. Does anyone else think cabbage can be pretty or is it just me?
Then things started getting real crazy and I tossed on a peach too. The day I discovered the grill is not just for meat was a good day. I love grilled fruit! Pineapples, peaches, bananas, and watermelon (bet you didn’t see that one coming) are my favorites.
