Fitness Blender: Tank Top Arms

I’ll tell you a secret… I favor my legs. Thanks to my genes (shout out to you, Dad), a strong lower body came naturally. Thanks to gymnastics and running, they stayed that way. No thanks to those things when it comes to my arms. Let’s just say, I’m working on it. This video targets strengthening those chicken wings arms and adds in a splash of cardio too. Now let’s see what that upper body can do! WORK IT.
