“The Waterford” Workout

I’m really creative in that I just named this workout after the location we were in when we completed it. Creative genius, I know.
Here’s a circuit workout that includes some strength exercise, cardio work, and a quick run.

5 jump squats
1-minute handstand hold
8 pull ups
1-minute lunge hold (right)
1-minute lunge hold (left)
25yd bear crawl (forward)
25yd bear crawl (backward)
400m run

Repeat circuit 3 times, as fast as possible.

Now, get on it! This workout should take roughly 20 minutes give or take a few minutes. You can even repeat it a few more times if you would like to really exhaust yourself!
