About two weeks ago, Fitness Blender came out with a 5-day workout challenge, especially for busy people. Ironically, my first thought was, “Nah, I’m too busy for that. Besides, I got all my FitBit steps in today. I’m good.” Well enough is enough! And I think you should join me!
For the next five days I will post the workout videos and I will also follow through with this challenge (and I’m sure my roommates will rat me out on the blog if I don’t 😉 ).
